Winter Arc

I don’t want to live the rest of my life repeating patterns that lead me back to unhappiness.

We are creatures of habit—

but what if we find the courage to realign?

To restructure.

To finally say no.

Silence and solitude teach us to face the truth—

even when it hurts.

To look in the mirror and admit,

“I’m not okay. I’m tired of wearing masks just to belong.”

There’s something euphoric about stripping yourself raw—

standing face to face with your insecurities.

It’s then that we rise.

Like the phoenix from the ashes.

We may fall again,

but as long as the fire within us fights for joy,

we will survive.

Winter Arc is the season to turn inward,

to pull away from the noise and rediscover what it means to love again—

not another,

but yourself first.

Here’s to all my fighters.

May you find your peace this winter.
